Born and raised in the vibrant city of Detroit, Cameron loves the city’s rich multicultural makeup.  She’s always had a passion for languages, studying 3 throughout her life (Japanese, German, and Spanish) as well as learning to cook dishes from around the world.  

She has always been a voracious reader.  During recess in elementary school her nose was often buried in a book like the young-reader version of Moby Dick.  For some inexplicable reason classic literature has always been her first love.  When she’s not behind the mic, you’ll find her indulging in her other homebody hobbies of reading, cooking, gaming and anime. 

Prior to acting Cameron spent over a decade in IT as a software specialist and IT admin and eventually became a project manager.  In that time she managed dozens of clients and hundreds of projects, making their success her priority.  

Over the last few years she has focused on voice acting full time.  Her passion for technology has helped make her a natural at corporate narrations and eLearning while her love of video games, anime, and animation have helped fuel her roles for character work.  Her latest deep dive has been medical narration where she thrives on the challenge of pharmaceutical tongue twisters and balancing technical precision with real heart to speak to doctors and patients alike. 

Cameron is passionate about the wellbeing and integrity of the voiceover community and in 2026 she was honored to join the Executive Board of World-Voices Organization (WoVO®), a non-profit industry association of professional voice talent, as their Director of Programming.
